1. Daily maintenance
Cleaning work
Body cleaning: Use a soft cloth or vacuum cleaner to remove yarn residue, flying flowers and dust after daily shutdown to avoid accumulation affecting sensor sensitivity.
Cleaning of key parts: Focus on cleaning the yarn channel (yarn guide, tension device, roller, etc.) to prevent fiber entanglement or blockage.
Electronic components: Use dry compressed air to clean the control panel and motor heat dissipation port to avoid dust accumulation and overheating.
Lubrication management
Lubrication point inspection: Regularly add special high-speed spinning machine lubricating oil (such as ISO VG 32) according to the lubrication points marked in the manual (such as roller bearings, spindles, guide rails, etc.).
Lubrication frequency: Add a small amount of lubricating oil to high-speed running parts every 8 hours, and lubricate low-speed parts once a week.
Precautions: Avoid grease contamination of yarn or sensor, and excessive lubrication needs to be cleaned in time.
Operation inspection
Abnormal noise and vibration: Idle for 1-2 minutes before starting the machine, and listen for abnormal noise (which may indicate bearing wear or loose parts).
Yarn tension: Use a tension meter to check the consistency of tension at each spindle position. If the deviation exceeds ±10%, it needs to be adjusted.
Emergency stop test: Test the emergency stop button function every week to ensure that the response time is less than 0.5 seconds.
2. Regular maintenance (monthly/quarterly)
Mechanical system
Transmission components: Check the tension of the belt/chain (measured with a tension meter, deflection ≤15mm/m), and replace cracked or elongated belts.
Bearing maintenance: Disassemble and clean the spindle bearings, replace the grease (lithium-based grease NLGI grade 2 is recommended), and replace the worn bearings when the radial clearance is greater than 0.05mm.
Roller alignment calibration: Use a dial indicator to detect the radial runout of the roller, the tolerance is ≤0.02mm, and the bearing seat needs to be adjusted if the tolerance exceeds the tolerance.
Electrical system
Sensor calibration: Use a standard yarn sample to calibrate the tension sensor and yarn speed sensor every month (error >3% requires recalibration).
Line inspection: tighten the motor terminals, check the status of the servo drive cooling fan, and remove dust from the circuit board.
Software maintenance: back up process parameters, update control software patches, delete redundant data to release storage space.
Special parts maintenance
Spinning devices: check the wear of the steel collar/wire ring (groove depth > 0.1mm needs to be replaced), clean the vortex spinning nozzle (ultrasonic cleaning for 30 minutes).
Filter system: replace the air compressor filter element (forced replacement when the pressure difference > 0.1MPa), and drain the condensed water in the air path.
3. Annual overhaul
Comprehensive disassembly and inspection
Disassemble and clean the main transmission gearbox, and replace the lubricating oil (such as MOBIL GEAR 600 XP 220).
Detect the accuracy of the servo motor encoder and use laser to calibrate the synchronization of each unit (phase difference <1°).
Accuracy recovery
Use laser interferometer to correct the straightness of the guide rail (tolerance 0.01mm/m).
Recalibrate the spinning tension control system to ensure that the full range linear error is <1%.
