The Revolutionary New materail- Slub Yarn

DEZTE is the trademark of our slub yarn. It can be applied to the production of fancy yarns, fabrics, garments, home textiles and accessories. There are various experimental and pilot machines from polymerization, spinning, drawing to texturing in the developing of new materials in Shengbang. Most of them are based on Shengbang’s independent research. Each new type of DEZTE slub yarn is unique and with our own intellectual property rights. 
Our slub yarn was born in 2016 with 6 national patents, and 3 of them were patents for invention. There are different length, denier, stretch ratio and crystallization in every segment in DEZTE YUAN ZHU series slub yarn, and these different segments can be customized according to customer needs. Therefore, it offers a lot of new ideas for downstream manufacturers to develop novel fabrics.
With DEZTE YUAN ZHU series slub yarn, soft and elastic fabrics could be made. On the other hand, special tough fabrics, bold and unconstrained as the cowboys, could also be produced with the slub yarn.
