Recently, a delegation from Uzbekistan’s Namangan State Technical University, including the university leadership and core technical team, visited Jiaxing Shengbang Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shengbang”) for an exchange and inspection. The chairman of Shengbang Mechanical, Li Changqi, and relevant technical leaders hosted the delegation throughout the visit. The two parties held in-depth discussions on core issues such as technological innovation in textile equipment, industry upgrading, and talent cultivation, establishing a solid bridge for China-Uzbekistan cross-border cooperation in the textile industry and opening a new chapter in ocean trade.

As a benchmark institution in the field of textile education in Uzbekistan, Namangan State Technical University focuses on talent cultivation and technological research and development in the textile sector. The university has provided a large number of professional talents for the development of Uzbekistan’s textile industry. Its research directions align closely with the country’s textile industry upgrading needs. The university plays a core role in the “Belt and Road” educational and industrial cooperation between China and Uzbekistan, with deep collaborations with several prestigious Chinese universities in the fields of textiles and engineering. In recent years, Uzbekistan has accelerated the automation upgrade of its textile industry, vigorously introduced advanced technologies and equipment, and is committed to transforming from a cotton raw material supplier to a high-end textile production country. The visit to Shengbang was driven by the need to promote technological innovation in its domestic textile industry and seek high-quality equipment and technical cooperation.
During the exchange, the Shengbang team provided detailed information about the company’s development history, R&D strength, and core product layout. As a high-tech enterprise with years of experience in the field of chemical fiber machinery, Shengbang Mechanical boasts advanced production testing equipment and strong system integration technology. Its self-developed industrial filament equipment and intelligent chemical fiber spinning equipment have not only served large domestic chemical fiber enterprises but have also gradually expanded to overseas markets, receiving wide recognition in the industry. Shengbang’s self-developed equipment can produce a variety of special products, including single-component and dual-component materials, excelling in improving production efficiency and ensuring product quality. Particularly in the core technology of industrial filament production equipment, the company has developed unique competitive advantages.

In the technical exchange session, both parties focused on hot industry topics such as optimizing industrial filament production processes, upgrading equipment to intelligent systems, and producing in a low-carbon and environmentally friendly manner. The visiting guests and technical personnel raised questions and concerns regarding equipment adaptation, technology implementation, and talent training, which the Shengbang technical team addressed in detail. The team shared practical experiences in equipment R&D, process improvements, and after-sales support, with a focus on the advantages of Shengbang’s industrial filament equipment in increasing product added value and reducing production costs.
During the on-site inspection, the guests toured the Shengbang production workshop and R&D center, observing the production process, assembly, debugging, and operation demonstrations of industrial filament equipment up close. They learned about the technical parameters, performance features, and application scenarios of the equipment. Upon seeing the precise operation and high-efficiency output of Shengbang’s industrial filament equipment, the guests highly praised it and expressed strong interest. They indicated that Shengbang’s industrial filament equipment is technologically advanced and highly adaptable, which can effectively address the pain points of Uzbekistan’s textile enterprises in the industrial filament production process. This equipment aligns with the direction of automation and high-end upgrading in Uzbekistan’s textile industry, presenting broad cooperation prospects.

The delegation from Namangan State Technical University stated that they gained a lot from the visit. They not only deeply understood China’s advanced technology and achievements in the chemical fiber machinery field but also identified areas of cooperation that align with the needs of their domestic industry. Looking ahead, they hope to use this exchange as an opportunity to establish a regular communication and cooperation mechanism. They plan to conduct in-depth cooperation with Shengbang in technical R&D, equipment introduction, and talent cultivation, bringing Shengbang’s advanced equipment and technology to Uzbekistan, which will help improve the efficiency, quality, and transformation of the Uzbek textile industry. This cooperation will also inject new vitality into cultural and technical exchanges between China and Uzbekistan.

Li Changqi, Chairman of Shengbang Mechanical, emphasized that Uzbekistan, as a key textile industry base in Central Asia, has abundant cotton resources and vast market potential. This exchange with Namangan State Technical University is an important step for Shengbang in expanding ocean trade and deepening international technical cooperation. Shengbang Mechanical is committed to an open and win-win philosophy and will actively promote cooperation with Uzbekistan, optimizing products and services according to the country’s industrial needs, helping to upgrade Uzbekistan’s textile industry. At the same time, through this cooperation, Shengbang aims to further expand its overseas market presence and push forward the cross-border cooperation between China and Uzbekistan in the textile industry, jointly writing a new chapter in ocean trade and technological cooperation.
This visit by Namangan State Technical University to Shengbang Mechanical has not only established a bridge for Sino-Uzbek textile technical exchange but also laid a solid foundation for subsequent diversified cooperation. Moving forward, Shengbang Mechanical will continue to focus on core technology R&D, enhance product competitiveness, actively expand international markets, empower cross-border cooperation with technology, and drive high-quality development of ocean trade, contributing to the coordinated development of the textile industries in China and Uzbekistan.
