These inserts offer superior wear resistance and a lower friction coefficient, significantly reducing the risk of fuzz and breakage during filament processing and maintaining excellent stability under long-term continuous operation.Additionally, through strict control of overall flatness and dynamic balance, the shift forks operate more steadily during high-speed direction changes. This minimizes vibration and tension fluctuations, thereby enhancing package formation consistency and downstream unwinding performance.
