Our shift forks feature a high-strength, lightweight alloy body structure that ensures rigidity and stability while effectively reducing high-speed reciprocating inertia for smoother yarn movement. The critical yarn-guiding sections are equipped with high-purity Al₂O₃ ceramic inserts, fixed through high-temperature sintering and high-strength bonding processes.
Through strict control of overall flatness and dynamic balance, the shift forks operate more steadily during high-speed direction changes. This minimizes vibration and tension fluctuations, thereby enhancing package formation consistency and downstream unwinding performance.
