The precision of the shift fork’s movement trajectory directly determines the flatness and formation quality of the bobbin end-face. Through optimized dynamic balance control during high-speed reversal, Shengbang shift forks effectively mitigate tension fluctuations at the bobbin edges, preventing defects such as "bulging shoulders" or "cobweb filaments." Furthermore, high-precision reciprocating yarn guiding ensures the uniformity of the internal bobbin structure. This results in consistent unwinding resistance for downstream customers during DTY (Draw Texturing) or weaving processes, significantly reducing the break rate during high-speed unwinding and enhancing the competitive advantage of the final products.
Our shift forks undergo multi-stage leveling processes to achieve superior flatness, fundamentally ensuring that the wing remains perfectly aligned with the formation trajectory during high-frequency reciprocating motion. This stable alignment effectively eliminates reversal impact, vibration superposition, and displacement deviations caused by minor errors, making the traverse process smoother and more controllable. Under high-speed and high-frequency operating conditions, this uniform load distribution prevents local stress concentration, thereby reducing abnormal wear on the shift fork body and the traverse blade.
