In chemical fiber spinning units, the Y-shaped push fork is a core actuator within the automatic doffing system of the winder. Shaped like the letter "Y," it is primarily responsible for smoothly and synchronously pushing the fully wound yarn packages off the chuck during the changeover process.
1. Product Overview
The Y-shaped push fork is a critical component compatible with the automatic doffing mechanisms of high-speed winders (such as Barmag, TMT, Chonglee, Jwell and other series). Driven pneumatically or mechanically, it acts precisely on the end face of the paper tube at the moment winding is completed, pushing the full packages neatly onto the doffing trolley or conveyor line. Our Y-shaped push forks are kinematically optimized to ensure perfect synchronization and balance throughout the pushing process.
2. Core Functions
Synchronous Ejection: The Y-shaped design allows for simultaneous force application on both sides or multiple points of the package. This ensures the package does not tilt while being pushed off the chuck, protecting the paper tube and the internal structure of the yarn.
Smooth Transition: By precisely controlling the thrust curve, our forks prevent surface damage to the yarn package caused by excessive force, while also eliminating doffing failures caused by insufficient thrust.
Precision Reset: Working in coordination with the high-speed rotating chuck, the fork resets rapidly after the pushing action is completed, ensuring zero interference with the yarn piecing of the new paper tube.
3. Our Core Advantages
Lightweight Meets High Strength: We utilize specialized aluminum alloys or reinforced composite materials to minimize component weight while maintaining structural integrity. This significantly reduces the load on drive solenoid valves or cylinders, resulting in more agile doffing responses.
Superior Wear Resistance & Self-Lubricating Surface: Since the fork makes frequent contact with paper tubes, we apply specialized surface treatments to the "Y" working face. This not only enhances wear resistance but also effectively prevents static buildup and protects paper tubes from scratches, extending the service life of the parts.
The Trusted Choice of Industry Leaders: Known for being stable, robust, and durable, our Y-shaped push forks are widely used by numerous leading chemical fiber enterprises. On actual production lines, they have demonstrated extreme reliability as perfect replacements for OEM parts, maintaining an exceptionally low failure rate even under rigorous 24/7 high-frequency doffing conditions.
Precision Fit, Ready-to-Use: Manufactured strictly to standard tolerances, our products feature precise bore diameters and stroke control. This allows for seamless integration with the original doffing mechanism without the need for secondary processing, significantly saving equipment maintenance time.
