In the birotor high-speed winding system, traverse wings work in pairs to achieve the periodic reciprocating motion of the yarn: one wing pushes the yarn toward one end of the package, while the opposing wing takes over to push it in the reverse direction, ensuring precise cross-winding. The technical core lies in the tight coordination of rotation direction and phase difference, which allows the blades to generate sufficient centrifugal force and a precise guiding trajectory during high-speed rotation, effectively preventing "yarn skipping" or "tangling." Regarding manufacturing craftsmanship, our traverse wings are made of high-hardness, wear-resistant aluminum alloy and undergo high-precision dynamic balancing. This not only resists the intense cutting action caused by the high-speed friction of chemical fibers (such as polyester and nylon) but also minimizes vibration and extends bearing life. Furthermore, the geometric profile features a precision-calculated helical curve combined with a lightweight design. This reduces rotational inertia for rapid direction switching and dictates the acceleration at the reversal point, ensuring superior package edge formation and preventing bulging or sloughing. These technical advantages make them widely compatible with Barmag's mainstream high-speed winder series, including the CW, ACW and I-QOON series winders.
