Barmag’s shift forks, which are produced by our company for Barmag in Germany, have passed the test of practical application in chemical fiber factories, and the product quality exceeds the technical standard of the original machine.
The Barmag birotor wing thread guide is a core precision component within the high-speed winding and formation systems of models such as the CW, ACW, and WINGS series. This "wing-type reciprocating" system is a primary factor in Barmag’s sustained technological leadership in the synthetic filament yarn machinery sector. Its precision directly determines the unwinding performance in downstream texturing and weaving processes. The traverse wings typically operate via counter-rotating birotors, replacing traditional reciprocating grooved drums. This allows for exceptionally high reciprocating frequencies and winding speeds. The edges of the wings (the yarn-guiding sections) are usually equipped with high-temperature and wear-resistant aluminum oxideceramic coatings to prevent heavy abrasion from filaments (such as POY or FDY) under high tension and speed.
